Welcome to Yeezy Store Egypt! By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1) Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed once payment is processed or confirmed for Cash on Delivery.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Cards, and installment options available at checkout.
2) Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery times in Egypt:
- Cairo: 2–3 business days
- Alexandria: 3–4 business days
- Rest of Egypt: 4–5 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
3) Returns & Refunds
- Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. You may also check items at the time of delivery while the delivery agent is present (where available).
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Sale products are non-refundable.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours, otherwise they become non-refundable.
- Refund timelines depend on your payment provider’s processing time.
4) Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed within 3 days if items meet return conditions and stock is available.
5) Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipping.
- Once shipped, orders must follow the standard return process.
6) Other Terms
- Prices and availability may change without notice.
- We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
