All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes (Egypt)

  • Cairo: 1–2 business days
  • Alexandria: 2–3 business days
  • Rest of the Governorates: 2–3 business days

Note: During peak seasons or sales, processing and delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Fees

Flat shipping fees apply to all orders:

  • Cairo & Giza: EÂŁ 100
  • Alexandria: EÂŁ 100
  • Rest of Egypt: EÂŁ 100

Shipping fees are non-refundable and may vary during promotions.

Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the phone number provided at checkout. Tracking updates will be sent via WhatsApp to keep you informed about your delivery status.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct and complete. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or additional shipping charges.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

❌ Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed, and you will need to follow the standard return procedure.
